The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel was very clean. I checked in late due to my drive. I was given the best treatment, and she quickly made the room reservation. The city hotels should send their staff here to train from these people, their service went above and beyond!!

Definitely the hotel to stop at if you're traveling from west to east. Van Horn is an extremely small town and the Hampton Inn is the only hotel that is pet friendly. Staff was very courteous, even though we had a maintenance issue. cont breakfast was decent, coffee was great. rooms were quiet with good space for luggage. the cost/per room is the only factor i didn't like. seems a bit steep to pay $120+ for a night stay in the middle of nowhere, but we knew about the price going in.

This appears to be a relatively new property. Found everything to be very neat and clean. This is also a queen bed only facility. The room was smallish, but has everything a traveler could ask for. Allthough this Hotel has a great Front Desk Staff the Hotel is Average at Best. Rooms are quite Small and walls are thin. I mean real thin!! The exercise room don't open till 6am but front desk staff was nice enough to let me in @ 530. The pool don't open till 10am which I find to be quite odd... More

I've stayed here several times and very enjoyable. Very nice and quite room with plenty of space. Good place to walk Pets. Near Fast foods but no good Regular Resturants about 40 miles from I-20 interchange.
