This hotel charged my card several days after I had already checked out the breakfeast buffet ran out of clean plates and glasses we had to request several items... i went through several disputes through my bank ,expedia... the hotel and the 1800 hiltons number the this was a terrible experience... i still have no gotten results or money back .... all they offered was a frre night stay... i will never trust hilton or stay at another location that hires staff that is not trained. the Hotel charged over 400 dollars in unathorized transactions .... from sunday to wednesday.... I hope they never see another guest everagin...this hotel stay was a financial nightmare,,,,do not trust this hotel with your money they will screw you if you dont believe me take it as a warning.... it is 20 min driving distance from kemah they will lie ant tell you 10 minutes... even if you take nasa rd. it will stilll take no less that 20 min.. please dealing with the incompetency of the staff will ruin your... more
