Decent, clean motel with comfortable beds and good amenities (microwave, fridge), even has mini golf in the back for $2/person. Staff was courteous and friendly. The price, given its location near Zion National Park, was very reasonable. The room, however was not in good condition. The Air Conditioning was so bad that a maximum cooling, it only got the room down to about 75 degrees at night. The bed had sag in the middle and there was a stack of phone books holding up one... The hotel was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. The hotel people were friendly. Great continental breakfast. The hotel was too far away from local restaurants. I would stay there again if I was traveling in that area.

This hotel was clean and was reasonably inexpensive. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast bar was what you'd expect at a chain hotel but it was clean and well-stocked. I felt like my business was welcome here. I will stay here the next time I am in the area!

Free Wi-Fi! Free full breakfast! Spa/jacuzzi was just what we needed after 2 long hikes in Zion. Clean rooms approx. 25 min from Zion. Staff were all super friendly. Great value! Worth the savings from the Zion/springdale area.

Great low rate, reasonably clean and comfortable room, adequate breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold options. Attendant was overworked, but kept the items well stocked. The manager was friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
