No parking that I found for truck and trailers. Easy check in, nice staff, decent price. Military rates were almost double the normal cost though ? Older room design and prints, satelite tv, fridge and microwave. Decent bathroom with plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable, nice table next to the window for working at also.

Stayed here free using Choice points. Outside appearance is good but the room needs some updating. Breakfast was very minimal. They only had cold cereal; luckily I had instant oatmeal with us. I would only stay here again if it was free or a very cheap rate.

We stayed for a short night at this place. It is very basic but the rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is also very convenient. It is a great value of the money and I can recommend it heartily.

After a long day driving, all we wanted was a hot shower, dinner and a quiet, clean place to sleep. That's exactly what we found in Kanab, plus breakfast in the morning! Dinner was at an equally great restaurant just down the street. A definite thumbs up all round!

Worst place we spent the night on two week road trip. Room was smelly and dirty. I wouldnt take my shoes off. Fingerprints all over door. Water damage on walls. Limited cold breakfast, you are best to take the food from breakfast back to your room. Other than that it is an excellent stay, clean rooms, outdoor small swimming pool, close to restaurants and gas stations. Off the main highway, quiet. Good place to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon.

Very disappointing. The carpet was worn and dirty, room badly needed repainting. No coffeemaker, Only 1 small bottle of shampoo (no conditioner or body lotion), the robe hook in the bathroom had fallen off, thin towels. For $90 I would not stay here again.
