We are Marysvale's newest RV Park. We have 75 spaces with full hookups and 2 Cabins. Our Spaces are 61'long and 34' wide. We can accommodate rigs over 65' long. Our facilities include restrooms, showers, laundry facility and store. You can access the Paiute Trails right from our park and ride 2,200 miles of the Paiute Trail. We sit in a green valley with 360 degree views of the beautiful mountains! Come and enjoy our beautiful views and the bright stars at night. Come once and you will come again!
We stayed at the park several times during the summer, we love the park employees and also the people that stay at the park, we will continue traveling over the mountain to south forty and staying every chance we get.

Our stay at South Forty RV Park was Awesome!!! They jumped through hoops to make sure we were taken care of. We stayed a month and halfway into the stay their water pumps broke down. Well that didn't detour us from getting water. They hooked up "multiple" hoses and made sure every site was able to fill their tanks until the pumps were repaired. (few days) We had to change some dates for part of our party (due to funeral) ....They not only accommodated them but made sure we got to stay together! We have stayed at this park before....but this stay was better than ever before!! We will be coming back! Thanks to Kasey & Jake and Christine & Ryan!!

Large, gravel pull through sites. Plenty of room for large camper, truck and sxs. Direct trail access. Friendly staff. There is laundry, showers on site. Close to a gas station but no grocery store real close.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The park was very clean and organized. The new hosts from Georgia seemed to take a lot of pride in the park. While we were there, they were constantly weeding and preparing a new pinic area with sod. The bathrooms and laundry area were very nice. Great park and centrally located for the Piuate trails.

Good for the price, full hookups for $44. Well laid out with pull through sites, in an open field. Graveled drives & sites with immature trees. Very clean & in good repair. Campfires only in a few common areas. Get a site away from the highway. Only 2 restrooms/showers (bring quarters). Wi-fi coverage is good, but throughput is poor, and we were 1 of only 3 occupied sites. In my humble opinion, coin-operated showers are not appropriate to a paid RV park.

Nicely maintained RV Park. Long pull thru sites for big rigs . Sites are gravel but are fairly level. Only negative is the sites are narrower than we would have liked. Also, the sewer, water and electric connections of one camper are very close to the other campers picnic/patio area. Otherwise nice place with helpful management.

We were going to stay here for the month of June 2020 only, but due to the "virus" we ended up staying the entire season - May thru Sept 2020. Jim & Terri (the owners) are very knowledgeable about the area, very professional & as accommodating as is humanly possible during this very trying time for all of us. Most of the customers (there are always a few who think the rules aren't for them) obey the rules & the ones that don't are very discretely "shown the gate". If you can get reservations for this place make them...you'll be very glad you stayed.

We absolutely loved it here. We were looking for a place to stay for trail riding and this was perfect. Nice and very well kept. They take pride in their park and it shows. Full hook-ups. Very nice laundry and shower area. The RV spots are nice and big. We were oversized (38' motorhome with a 24' trailer) we had plenty of room and they were very accommodating. This park is surrounded by all the great trails. Any questions they were happy to help. We did get to talk to some of the other campers / riders there and this was their 2nd and 3rd year coming back, so they must be doing something right.

Owners are the best! Clean quiet park. If you want to stay up and party all night, go somewhere else. If you can't keep your dog under control, go somewhere else. This was a breath of fresh air for us. Owners who actually enforce their rules. Thank you! Stayed the whole month of September. Loved it! Rode the Paiute Trail. Had a blast! Trail info was available for the asking. My wife used laundry and said excellent! Can't speak for bathroom or shower cause we didn't use them. Suspect they're top notch. Will stay here again next time in Marysvale! Have stayed in another park in the area in the past. Didn't come close to this park. Spaces are large enough for my truck, fifth wheel, rzr and trailer. Sites level. Not a lot of shade yet. New park. Trees will eventually provide lots of shade. Water pressure is good. Electric was stable. No problems. Easy in and out.…
