Clean, spacious, and comfortable place to crash for the night, at a reasonable price. The rooms in the back building are well away from the traffic noise of highway 191. Free WiFi and plenty of TV channels to keep in touch of the world and for trip planning. Neatly kept ground.

My daughter and I were visiting the LDS Monticello Temple on a spring break Southern Utah trip. We needed a place to spend the night. This place fit the bill. It was clean and quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our room had recently been updated. The breakfast was very sparse, but we got enough to get us started... More

We found our room to be dirty, bathroom was in very poor condition, light switch coverplate was wrong size and we could actually see the electrical wiring in the switch (illegal)....., front door leaked cold air all nite, heater fan was so noisy that we were unable to run it at all, no shampoo in the room, bathroom door looked... Clean, modern with nice pool, good breakfast, and reasonable rates. Good alternative to higher prices in Moab and convenient to Canyonlands. Right off 191 between Moab and Monument Valley. Not a lot of restaurants in town and the ones that are tend to be burger places, but with good character.

This is your basic, older highway motel. It’s on the main road through Monticello, the closet town (about 45 miles) south of the Canyonlands National Park entrance -- for the Needles section of the park. The manager (owner?) was friendly and gave me an upstairs room on back side of property. It was clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet, with no... More

This place was not a Hilton but you don't pay the price either. The room was clean and the manager was very helpful. I just stayed there because I needed a bed for the night on my way to SLC. Still, it was very ok and a lot better value than what you get in Moab.

Stayed here for ease of loading and unloading sporting gear to room. Room was recently repainted but nail holes not repaired. Furniture, doors and molding are quite worn. The exterior needed paint but a painting crew was working while we stayed. Bathroom lacked shampoo and soap. One expects that for the proce paid.

I stayed here for a couple of nights while doing hikes in the wonderful southern portion of Canyonlands NP. Monticello is a relatively convenient base. I had an enormous comfortable room with all the basic amenities. It is dated, but maintenance is OK and the price I was quoted was good value for money, particularly compared with overpriced Moab to... More

While the outside seemed tidy and the room was clean, I was terribly disappointed that the heater's thermostat was broken. So it was either on or off; you were cold or hot and constantly getting up to turn it on or off! I asked if they had TV and the answer was, 'Of course'. There were no ABC, NBC or... More
