Check in desk empty upon arrival at 6 PM. Waited 10 minutes. Door to room so out of whack that it had to be banged loudly to close. No light switch inside door so had to enter in dark to find a lamp to turn on. 2 large pills on carpet plus other detrius left by previous clients. First night... More

The internet special was a room with outside access. The security doors did not work, the room was dirty, the door would not shut properly, high crime area. I did get another room by the pool for safety reasons, had to pay another $10 and it was barely OK. I tried to cancel the next days reservation and was not allowed... More

We spend one short night there on Christmas eve 2011...on our way to Montana. After driving 700 miles we just wanted to eat and sleep. This motel is just bad...torn curtains, loud heater, torn and filthy furniture and a lousy tiny TV with awful picture quality. We spend $70 for the night and felt ripped off. More

At first I was placed in a dirty old room in a far corner where no one else was staying. A circuit breaker kept blowing and the room was freezing. I was moved to a location closer to the desk and breakfast lounge, but the pool was covered with bubble wrap- dangerous in the least, and the hot tub was... More

I used to live in Ogden and my family still does. We stay at this hotel when we come up. They have lost one reservation but were still very accomidating. We received great service and many apologies even through the error. The rooms are always clean and that's a huge one for me. The breakfast in the morning is very... More

I had a reservation and they couldn't find it when I arrived. I got my laptop out to show them the confirmation and then the gave me the room. They wanted an extra $10 to have a room with 2 beds. The rooms were built in the early 60's and don't look like they've been updated since. The breakfast was... More

We stayed here for two nights on our way from Boise to Phoenix. The hotel was a good value for the price and the pool is HUGE. The hotel is close to shopping and places to eat. The towels in the room are nice and white and smell good. We will stay here when we come back to Boise. More

We were travelling home from Sedona Az and needed a place to stay and unfortunately we checked into the Days Inn in Ogden, Utah. The lobby was deceiving as it appeared to be well kept and updated. We should have known something was up with the totally unwelcome response by the front desk clerk. She could have cared less if... More

People doing drug deals in the parking lot. Scratch lines on the bath counter (from making cocaine lines?). Filthy carpet, badly stained mattresses. Shower tile held together by caulk and mildew. If we hadn't had a no-cancel option and arrived at 2 am after a horrible day, would have walked out. Worst hotel I've ever been in. More
