I would agree with previous reviewers that this property is definitely in need of some deferred maintenance. On the plus side, the property is well-located, close to town and to the entrance to Deer Valley, and there is a nice outdoor hot tub area. however, our unit was pretty beat-up, with loose door hardware, dents in the wall, old appliances...
