I have never left a bad review, so I’d like to start by saying that whomever owns 11D Timberwolf Lodge should have their beautiful property represented and managed by another company. Bottom Line is that the Timberwolf Lodges are in a great location, showcase respectable architecture, and are situated on a beautifully developed property. The Park City Rental Properties Management is a disgrace to the owners of the condos. These were issues that contributed to my poor experience with Park City Rental Properties: 1. Plumbing Issues: The toilet next to the kitchen was clogged before we arrived. The stench from the black line that runs under the stairs to the basement was horrendous. When my daughter used the toilet unaware of the issue, we couldn’t get anyone out to resolve the issue for over 2 hours. 2. Service Issues: At 4:31p we got a returned message stating that it would be a while before anyone could come out to the property. We called back to further discuss the issue from 4:45pm until after 7pm to no avail. We called maintenance, concierge, housekeeping, and the EMERGENCY lines with no answer and no ability to even leave a message (see call logs attached). 3. Air Conditioning: In the middle of July, I would expect air conditioning AND/OR a warning that this unit has no air conditioning. The fine print of the agreement (after you’ve selected the unit and your dates, etc) reads that some units don’t have A/C and even for those that do, there is no guarantee that they work. I assure you A/C is necessary in the middle of the summer. 4. Resolution: I was reluctant to leave a negative review. I reached out to Park City Rental Properties to resolve this offline. I sent the call logs which show times and phone numbers (attached) and I received unacceptable responses (attached). They offered no apology, no discount and no service.

I tremendously beautiful home with every kind of game for young adults and older adults. The views were fantastic and gave us a wonderful experience of the Great Smokie Mountains. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

We had a great visit at 11D. Spacious, cozy and well stocked kitchen. Hot tubs around the corner were a huge plus. It was super convenient to get to the slopes and easy to get into town. Will definitely be back next year!

We enjoyed staying at this two bedroom condo at the base of Canyons. Well decorated, very comfortable beds and plenty of cooking utensils, bathroom amenities, and family games. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Park City!

Timber wolf 11D a rip off . First the owner locked the closest in the tiny master so that you have no where to hang your things, the downstairs ski storage rack in front of the door is also filled and locked so u have no where to put your skis. The master bed has two small pillows I mean kid sized and that's it plus the only extra pillow we found has no case and is in bad shape . There are no extra linens and you really can't fit many people we have 3 and it's not equipt for more . The tvs are laughable in the guest rooms it is not warm and inviting it's bare spars and even our toilet haven't been flushed . We are stuck here for a week so we went to bed bath and beyond and bought blankets and pillows add that to your price . Do not book this unit unless you know what your in for also parking it's incredibly tight to get in the garage mac 6.5 feet so be aware also there is no parking near the unit so take that in to consideration also

We had a nice stay. The staff was great. The cabin spacious, but had a odor. Since I freak on spiders, I did not care for spider webs and cob webs through out the cabin. It could have been cleaner, the bath tub was covered in scum which I cringed while my kids bathed. Wifi was only available on a deck at the lodge and the lodge was a hut! Not what you would think a lodge would be! All in all we had a great time! I would recomend this place if you do not care about spider/cob webs.

We were in Timber Wolf 9B during our stay with 4 adults and 3 children. We were not in Park City to ski and had a vehicle so found it was relatively close to the check in office, groceries and anything we wanted to do during our visit. The condo itself was wonderful - the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, plates, utensils, crazy amounts of extra towels, bedding, fans and anything you need to really make yourself at home. It is very spacious, has a washer/dryer, 3 toilets and 2 large bathrooms, gas fireplace and plenty of room for us to stretch out and relax. As the snow was pretty much over we found it a very quiet complex and there were very few people in residence. We did have a noise complaint one night - about our own kids! But they were being excessively loud (sorry guys!), general noise can't be heard between the walls at all. The car park under the building was too small for us to get our large van in but as it was quiet we parked on the street with no problem. On the day we arrived the smoke detector battery alarm was beeping, we contacted maintenance to have it repaired and they arrived promptly to have it fixed even though it was late on a Sunday afternoon. Fantastic accommodation, would return to 9B for sure.

We recently stayed at the Timber wolf condos for a family ski trip and were pleasantly surprised how perfect they were. The location was really convenient despite it not being a ski in/ski out type of place. This place is especially convenient if you have a vehicle. You simply use your vehicle as your ski locker, hop in the car, park in the free Cabriolet lift parking lot, put on your boots, grab your skis, and hop on the lift. It was simple. The condo we stated in was warm and comfortable with a great layout. Everything was very clean and in working order just as you would want it to be. Having the hot tubs just a few steps away was also a real treat. (Unit 11A). I would definitely stay here again.

We recently took an October trip to Park City and stayed in 9A. We found that it accommodated 6 people very comfortably. This two story condo was nicely decorated, plenty of kitchen equipment (dishes, pots, pans) to accommodate a large group, extra blankets for cold nights, hot tubs right across the road. Excellent TV and stereo system, if you have time for such things. Washer and dryer and everything you might need away from home. Very close to Olympic Park and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the outlet mall. I booked the condo directly with the owners as I found it advertised on Craigslist and it was less expensive than going through a company. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and helpful in many ways. A great experience all around!

Timber Wolf 2C exceeded my expectations. Most important, the condo was extremely clean. All of the furniture, appliances and bedding were in perfect shape. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, paper towels, and dish soap. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom as well as a large flat screen TV. The condo is within walking distance to the Canyon’s resort, (the lower gondola). The bus stop for the free shuttle into Park City was right below the condo as well. The only downside was that we had 6 people, which made for a tight fit as far as beds go. The master has a king size bed, and the opposite bedroom had two queen beds. There was a pullout bed as well in the living room. Park City lodging was incredibly easy to work with. It took just minutes to pickup/drop off the keys. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and suggest it to any guests looking to visit the Park City area. http://www.parkcitylodging.com/bre/properties/TIMBER-WOLF-2C-Canyons-2-BR/
