Great beds, pillows and staff. I don't know why other hotels don't get this. Especially the pillows. What you really want is to sleep well, right? Make the beds and pillows first priority. Then, second clean comfortable and have a good staff. After that, the other amenities. These should be the priorities of any hotel.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Provo for four nights for a conference at the convention center. The hotel was very comfortable. The team was very accomodating with shuttle service to the convention center. The breakfasts were pretty good. The rooms were very clean and well made. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definately stay here again.

Despite of the included simple breakfast, the staff of this hotel are very friendly, the hotel got very good and well maintained facilities for a good price. Another thing is the location, close to the centre and to the road.
