Hotel was clean, neat and well maintained. New carpet throughout. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Good restaurants close by. Friendly staff helped us with questions on where to eat. Breakfast was included and all tables were clean and food items readily available.

My son and I have been staying here about every 4-6 weeks . Good breakfast, everything clean, managers are very accommodating, near downtown and near the freeway. quiet too. better value than other "affordable hotels" in the area, especially when booking 3 nights or more.
