Room was clean, a nice small (not a mini) refrigerator, no microwave. No cups in the room, coffee available in the lobby. Continental breakfast was sparse, two juices, two cereals, mini muffins, and coffee. Great price. More

To stay in room 118, first you pass a swimming pool that is green & brown with filth and mold. Entering the room you have a carpet that is so stained and filthy that you will be afraid to take your shoes off. Entering the bath room is a tub that looks as though it hasn't been cleaned for as... I am sorry for your bad experience with this establishment, as the new manager here, I can assure you that this will not happen again. I can only apologise and offer you a future discounted rate if you do try us again. We went through a management and ownership change in recent months. Our pool is now clean and we... More

Room 122 had a broken front door,so it was 59 degrees the whole time. A huge green bugar and black hand prints on the walls. Walls cracked and in need of painting. Then when we got home found out we were charged twice and they WILL not refund us our money! ( their motto,Bascically SUCKS TO BE YOU!!!) More

We wish to apologize for your recent experience with the Knight Inn on Bluff Street. Since, I was not on duty at that time, I can not fully attest to this situation. However, it should not have happened and our sincere apology for this negative experience. Amway has conventions in St. George 4 times a year and these were our... More

I've stayed in some really ghetto hotels before, but this one takes the cake! The lobby is the nicest part of this hotel. Once we hit our room it reeked of smoke, even though it was supposedly "non-smoking". The room and the carpet was filthy! My two daughters walked around barefooted on the carpet for a few minutes and the... More

As titled this was a last resort and there won't be a next time. Traveling with a one year old who was more than anxious to be out of the car we quickly found out the floor (carpeting) was filthy. After crawling around less than a minute her feet and clothes were filthy! Who knows when the last time it... More

This hotel advertises high speed internet which is a lie. The internet is unusable. I was unable to do anything during our stay. I complained to the owner, he made all kinds of excuses and laughed as I left the lobby. The room was filthy and smelled. The bathroom was a disaster. More

We booked our 4 night vacation because it was the least expensive for a room with 3 queen beds. The facilities need updating but for the price its okay, until considering cleanliness. The sheets appeared unwashed. All of them had black marks on them, and one even had hair in it. In the bathroom facilities, we found long strands of... More

We stayed here during a girls National Softball tournament in July. They gave us one rate, then when we got there they tried to raise the price. We stayed there one week and they cleaned our room only once. They would not give us clean towels and we had to keep asking for more. We had a total on nine... More

Stayed during Huntsman Senior World Games, October, 2005. Was quoted over phone rate of $59.95. Upon arriving, was told "It is $69.95". Not much you can do once there and no other vacancy in town! Unbelievable amount of dust in room! Had to dust myself using kleenex. Gross! Toilet broke first day, as did hairdryer. Never given enough towels/washcloths the... More
