Had a few problems - new help was not familiar with how to run through the programming keys. So we had one good one one not working - went back and had the same thing happen, finally fixed. Then the internet was messed up - no IP address for their router. It too got fixed and had a good connect.... More

Hair in bedding and tub, burn holes and large gashes in all blankets-even the replacement bedding; unusable pull out couch, smoke smell in non-smoking room.
