Stayed at the Bel Air in spring of 2013 while looking at colleges with my son. Older rooms in need of updating. Television was hard to see. Our room had a small fridge and sink, but no coffeemaker. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom small but functional. It over a mile downtown so a good 20-25 minutes. UVM and Champlain College are... More

This little gem of a motel is one of the best around the Burlington, VT area. The hosts are kind, gracious, and very accommodating. The room and suite fees are very reasonable. The rooms, though quaint, are always spotless, fresh, and well-appointed with comfy beds and more than adequate bed coverings. It is always quiet and refreshing, too, to sit... More

Stayed at this Motel for 2 nights during Mardi Gras. Cheap, Clean, and convenient. Check in was a breeze, the owners who worked there were incredibly nice and didn't mind giving us some extra pillows! I would stay again. Our Room and last room 11&12 do not have wi-fi..

This is an old style motel that is privately owned. The lady that checked us in was very helpful. She gave us our keys for the room. Keys! That took me back several years. Hotels never use real keys anymore. Our room was large and the bathroom was huge and both were very clean. We had one of the "suites".... More

Built in the style of the old roadside motel and redecorated in an interesting style, this was a great place to stop. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, my room was clean and quiet with parking outside and the centre of Burlington was a 20 easy walk away.

I couldn't have been happier! This is the 3rd place I've stayed at in the Burlington area and it was more like a comfortable home than a motel. Convenient to bus transport, Dunkin Donuts, a little store next door for good snack food, micro wave, fridge, TV, WiFi, and people at the desk who just make you feel like you're... More

We were looking to spend one night in Burlington...economical, no frills needed. Read the Trip Advisor reviews and decided to give the Bel Aire a try. It was perfect for our needs. Room was very small, but clean and warm. Had extras we did not expect: fridge, microwave and wi fi. Very friendly helpful service and great location to tour... More

This is a solid motel. We found the internet connection iffy. There’s a small toilet and narrow shower. This place is a mile or more from attractions, but there is a gas station next door for staples, and a decent restaurant (The Spot) within easy walking distance.

A little family owned motel about 1 mile from downtown Burlington. Clean, basic and reminiscent of other times when there were more independent motels and service was important. The reviews of this little motel were great so I called to find out more. Although there is a website you cannot reserve on line. The woman who took my call was... More

This was our first trip to burlington for a long weekend. I could not have been more happy with the time we spent in this beautiful state. I am going to fairly review the bel-aire motel for what it is. I was looking to stay as close to downtown Burlington as i could without having to pay a crazy price.... More
