Breakfasf ok, not Excellent. Deluxe room, not so deluxe. Place needs repairs and refreshing to our taste. Close to most restaurents, beach and Perkins Cove. Paper thin walls. Service is not all that good. Had issues with the bath, was never fixed. Will not stay again, and will not recommend. Sorry!

This was the first time I stayed in a bed and breakfast and it was a great experience. The hostess Linda was very friendly and really made us feel welcome.
