Positive - location, well kept gym, pool etc, generally welcoming staff. Room was clean, spacious and well kept. Location near Mt Washington and Whte Mountains ideal for leaf peeping! Car parking secure and convenient and movement easy (though those with mobility problems would need to stipulate a ground floor room).
Not quite so good - service and variety of breakfast...
