I stay at Greystone Motel every month and have never discovered bed bugs. The owners are very hardworking and nice. Clean rooms and wonderful service. Wifi available. Good value and location. This is a great motel!

I stayed at the Greystone Motel when I went to leave my son at Middlebury College. I found the Sharmas who run the motel very courteous and helpful. They also run a good motel which is clean and with well maintained rooms.

Checked in on aug 17th. The rooms are clean, but older decor. Noticed multiple bed bugs in bed the next morning and blood on the sheets from bites. Middlebury VT is lacking mid priced accommodations so we were pleasantly surprised when we landed at the Greystone. It's old but very clean. Greystone has remodeled. The rooms are nice and clean. I think greystone is under new management. I have stayed at the greystone before, but I really enjoyed my most recent stay. I really liked how they gave complementary toiletries. It is a good price. I would definitely stay here again.

Don't be scared off by negative reviews and a low rating -- this place is just fine if you're looking for clean and inexpensive.
