Well groomed trails, skiing for any ability. Has a really nice learn to ski/ride program. The sycamore and falcon condos are the best, but don't use falcon unless you are on a group trip of 4 or more. Pool is awesome, views breathtaking.

Great place for families...the ski instructors are patient and nice, the accomodations are always clean and like a home away from home. The ski trails are diverisified. Its the kind of resort where you park your car and don't use it. There's shuttles to get you around. Just a really nice place to spend the week skiing. We've been going...

We first went to Smuggs in 2003 with a 4 year old and a 9 month old. We have returned every year but one and no matter what the ski conditions or weather, we always have a great time.
Over the years, our boys have gone from Treasures day care to skiing the black diamonds on Sterling. Our 13 year...

My mother sent us here for a weekend as a Christmas gift. We spent 2 nights and stayed in 2 adjoining rooms in the Hakoni condos. It was spacious for the 5 of us and had a washer/dryer, full kitchen, and gas fireplace. It was a little dated but worked for us. We struggled some with the TV remotes and...

I stayed at Smuggs 5 times over last 10 years. My 3 kids strted to ski here.
Not much changed since my first vacation, the same shows, same Fun Zone, Indoor pool. Other resorts upgraded and added things to do while Smuggs stays in the past.
This week I stayed at a 2 bedroom in Falcons on the West Hill....

We stayed at Smugglers Notch Jan 5-8, 2012. Liftside Studio Condo. We were on the ground floor, literally steps away from the lift. We saw skiers, people taking lessons, and people getting on the lift right outside our sliding door! Awesome! Our room was quite spacious for a Studio, and it was very well kept. I was surprised at how...

We just returned last night from Smugglers Notch. Yes, some of the accommodations are dated (but clean!) and the lifts are slow. However, that aside, the resort is awesome. My husband and I are avid skiers and haven't been able to get out as much in the last few years because of pregnancies, babies etc. We know good skiing and...

My family and I have been going to Smuggs for 15 years and I have never gotten sick of the awesome snowboarding available there. If you like glades, smuggs is the place to be. They have an open trail policy so you can dip into any woods that you see. If your lucky, you can find some great backwoods riding...

Ok so the weather hasn't been kind but you still can't beat the terrific holiday vibe at Smuggs and the fact the staff work so hard to ensure you're having a great time. My wife took a day off skiing (lack of snow for x coUntry plus very cold temps) and did a really fascinating needle felting course. This just...
