Enormous stretches of gorgeous sandy beach, wild ponies, morning beach sunrises . . . this is all at your fingertips from the camp. It's a wonderful experience. I adored the national park at Assateauge Island! The campsites were on beach sand, the park rangers were helpful and easygoing and the portapotties were emptied everyday and hosed down!
