Dirty, no clean towels or sheets,bathroom are still dirty,Manager rude,cared more about painting then her job, taking care of the guest! If you are her family or friend that lives there you will be alright,but if your not, Don't wast your money there are nicer places in Colonial Beach,There redoing Days Inn,which is on the beach,or Doc hotel.

If you want to walk over trash bags and dirty sheets go here. Some people call this hotel home. With only one room, the people hang out on the steps and walkway. There are very nice houses you can rent. It is not the retro place they say it is.

Clean. Room was small and office had Weird Hours But It was Off season... Great location. Not bad overall.

Check in was alright.Thought it was a nice place.Woke up next morning ate up with bed bug bites.Reported to manager she was not aware of them,showed her the feces matter on mattress.Will not go inn that place again.
