This hotel has the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. They put forth the extra effort to make your experience a pleasant one. The hotel has a great location next to entertainment and a wide variety of restaurants. The rooms are always very clean and the complimentary breakfast is of very good quality.

It is an excellent place to stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, I mean everybody, the concierge, the house-keeping staff, even the ground-keepers. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable. We definitely will stay in this hotel while visiting Richmond area again.

I would recommend this hotel to any friends, family or co-workers who are staying in this area outside of Richmond. The hotel staff was great and the amenities are top notch. I will be traveling here again next year and will definitely be staying here again.
