Arrival; We arrived and found the hotel without an issue. We were a little surprised that the hotel was located in an industrial area. The area was not a normal area for a hotel but about a mile North there is a mall area with restaurants and stores...we stayed in that area on our way back from our road trip.... More

The hotel was nice enough for our one night stay. It was easy to get to and right off of the highway. My only complaint is that it took about 10 minutes to get checked in... way too long, in my opinion.

The Best Western Plus of Glen Allen, Virginia is very well located between many interesting businesses. It is easy to find a restaurant around. The hotel is very clean and looks like brand new. The staff was excellent. On my way to Florida, I had a very good night and a good meal at a restaurant just a block away.

The hotel looks very nice. The color scheme is bright and cheerful. The front desk staff is just lazy. They want to do the bare minimum. There is no going above and beyond...It is just "dance monkey dance".

This hotel is relatively new and is in a good location for traveling on I95. It is off of I95 a little bit but has lots of restaurants and stores all around it. The hotel was located in a good location. many places to eat and retail locations in the area. The service of the hotel was poor. Window leaked in storm, hairdryer failed first day - never replaced with a permanent model. Breakfast was poor - limited selection. Business center computer was VERY slow. Overall lack of amenities ruined a good hotel
