My stay with Embassy Suites during the Hampton Minister's Conference was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service staff was extremely accomodating and professional. There was only one delta and it was the noise of the heating/cooling units outside of my bedroom window.

“Disappointed”

I was disappointed that the presentation given by Mr. Christian didn't match the service received. My bathroom floor was not cleaned, as I noticed items under the sink there for each day (5) I stayed. The restaurant was extremely slow and the greeter was not attentive. Stayed for one night during Memorial Day weekend. Negatives: 1. “Memorial Day Weekend Get Away”

Overall the Embassy is Great there are a few employees at the property that do not represent the Embassy Suites Well The property is beautiful and very well kept, Rooms are Great, Location is in the Center of Hampton and close to the Peninsula Town Center and Very close to Williamsburg and VA Beach

“Extra Charge for internet access in room”

Everything very nice, except there's an additional fee for internet access in the room. Otherwise, rooms are very nice. Staff was nice, and quick to replace items when needed. I would return to an Embassy Suites, but I would like to believe they'll do away with the additional WiFi charge. There are so many lower-end hotels which include this service.... More

“Great stay”

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Hampton, VA for 3 nights - on Hilton points. Given an "honors floor" in one of the corner suites. Wonderful stay. Staff great. Breakfast wonderful. Only big complaint...you must pay for wireless in your room and at $9.95/day.

“Great Value”

Staff was very good, and hotel offered a great value. Good location, right off highway and near Coliseum. Very convenient to have a pull out in a separate room, as well as a fridge and microwave. Made it feel more of an apartment than a hotel.

“Very nice”

This Hotel has an upscale feel to it, very spacious, well decorated and a friendly staff. The breakfast and complimentary hours are special, you just won't find that at any other hotels for the price. However, the breakfast area seems to be overcrowded.
