We stayed for two nights with the living social deal. It includes a credit towards a couples massage, bottle of wine, chocolates, and coupons to the local breweries and wineries. It includes the continental breakfast, not the fancy one, but on the second morning, I got to try the eggs Benedict because someone else didn't want them. They were absolutely... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Mark Addy Inn in Nellysford, VA. It was a quick getaway for two frazzled parents who needed a night or two away from the kids to regroup. Innkeepers were very cordial and it was nice to have the choice of the fancy breakfast or a more leisurely & portable continental breakfast... More

My boyfriend and I spent two nights in the Mary Virginia room, using a living social deal, and loved it! It's a perfect location for exploring local breweries and great hiking trails. The owners are very friendly and provide a delicious breakfast each morning. If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is... More

One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Stayed in the Elena and loved the sunrise porch and the spacious room. Was a little chilly (we visited in late March) but it is worth the trade for the great amount of windows! Seated breakfast was a treat if you aren't picky and the service is as friendly... More

Our group of 6 stayed here for 2 nights while we toured all the breweries and winerys and the cider works. We had an excellent meal there the first night , that had 6 different entries prepared for the meal. The owners and staff are friendly. The Inn is nice and there are mountains all around. We had a great... More

Room was overheated, and adjustments did not ease the hot temperature. We also found stink bugs and suspect the keys may fit all if not multiple rooms. Stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. Breakfast was decent, and location is great. Outside view and dining area was cute. Owners pets were cute.

The room was spacious, cozy and inviting. The service was friendly and genuine. Loved the little pets. The breakfast was suburb. My only regret is not staying longer! Can't wait to return. Cyndi & Jay, NC

My fiance and I went to this B&B the weekend before Christmas 2012 and it was such a delightful experience. We had never gone to a B&B before and were ecstatic. It is a nice getaway experience. I saw all of the previous reviews on tripadvisor for Mark Addy Inn before and was very nervous after I made my reservation.... More

MY wife & I wanted to have a short weekend get away in Central Virginia. We love the Shenandoah Valley and had never been to the Charlottesville/VA Wine country. The folks at the Mark Addy couldn't been more wonderful. The rooms were cozy & comfortable (B&B's can be dicey) and the food was 'off the charts' good. We planned on... More

The owners of the Mark Addy were very nice and helpful. The negative comments about the half croissants and muffins in other reviews are not warranted--not because the croissants and muffins were not offered in halves, because they were, but because even the halves were large and second helpings were always offered without having to ask for them. My only... More
