building needs upgrade rooms had not tea making facilities in room bar advertised but was not one only good thing was the location and the owners were very nice I have written to you with a complaint which i expect a reply as soon as possible

Well positioned on the edge of town in walking distance of the beach and town centre. Our room in the annexe had a good view of the sea/ landing beaches. We were in the quad room in what looked like a converted barn. Woke to discover our bed crawling with bed bugs. Proprietor appeared unconcerned.

Hotel is only a short walk away from Gold beach and the museum of the largest Mulberry harbour. Some of the rooms have view of the sea and of some of the WWII wave breakers. They were also very understanding towards our two dogs.
