Very clean throughout the property. Pleasant staff who were eager to please. The suites with double bed are a little tight but roomy enough for sleeping, The sitting area was comfortable enough to relax and visit with friends. Very nice continental breakfast. Breakfast area was very busy between 9:30 and 10;00 am , go down early if you want quiet.

Customer service problems from check-in thru check-out. I was never sent the confirmation e-mail as promised, but wrote the number down. After standing at the desk for ten minutes, my reservation was only found under my rewards number. The place is clean, staff is exceptionally friendly. Great location for ODU baseball games. Queen sized beds could be more comfortable. Stay in room away from Hampton Blvd but not against stairwell, can hear door banging every time someone goes through it. We plan to stay here again.
