We had a lovely week at this hotel. The staff are warm and friendly, as were the other guests. The hotel (and resort) caters for german guests so don't expect english telly or bars. Suited us fine. Arriving in the early hours of the morning we were kindly offered food and champagne. We were extremely happy with our lovely large room with sea view and balcony and spacious en-suite. I have just returned from a 4 day break...... arrived at reception to be told mixed up booking they put me in nice room with sea view bit tired looking needs revamp,was told my room would be ready next day, so didnt settle really knowing impeding move next day,flight 3hrs and transfer from airport 31/2 hours ...... not the best... Just enjoyed 10 days at this lovely hotel. The location, ambience and staff are superb. The majority of guests are German. We were half board and the food was, well, just pretty average.
