Would not class this hotel a 4*. Lovely staff but only speak Spanish or German! The whole hotel & Cala Ratjada town full of Germans but a very pretty harbour with lots of bars & restaurants Do not go here unless you want seclusion and are happy with your own company! More

Travelled with my husband, 19, 17 and 15yr olds. They already knew area, having stayed before. Much more picturesque than Alcudia, Pollensa. Arriving hotel looked impressive. Facilities good. Very terrible area inside and around hotel, smell in reception and hotel area is not well. For area, apartments, reception maximum 2 stars. Hotel looks like a stay without repair about 6-8 years. More
