Dont be put off by the negative reviews, fabulous location, excellent friendly staff, food was plentiful and very good nothing too much trouble, would book to go again Rooms are a little dated, but very clean

May and we were pleased overall with room service , staff attitude, and although the meals were edible it is the hotel's weakest link.
