We arrived at the hotel America at 12.45am and were greeted by a very happy polite and helpful receptionist. There were 5 of us and within 15 minutes we were all booked in complete with wrist bands and all the info about the hotel meals etc intact. The hotel looks great outside, but once you are inside you feel you have stepped into a different hotel. The reception is dark and dingy, not a great start.
