We stayed here for 2 nights while attending a music festival in Sierre. Hotel is basic, cheap but cheerful, the rooms are big with a decent sized and clean bathroom. Nice shower. Hotel is very minimal. The rooms are quite unpleasant. The furniture is dated, as is the carpet. The bathroom was equally unpleasant and not the cleanest. On the positive side, the bed was reasonable. The hotel staff was unkind and unhelpful. Try to avoid this hotel if you have a choice.
