This isn't a bad hotel at all but it's looking a bit tired and would benefit from refurbishment. Our room was spotless but quite a walk from reception - up staircases and down a few corridors! Does what it say on the box! Surprisingly quiet room, despite being next to the railway line. Super comfy bed and friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast! Good location - can get into cdentral London in 30 minutes by train or tube.

Pleasant service, clean rooms with basic facilities (TV, kettle, warm air heater) and now 30 mins free wi-fi. Very quiet room on ground floor near reception. No 3 disabled room overlooking car park. Spotlessly clean. Charming staff. Very convenient for trains to Wembley stadium. Also handy for Northwick Park Hospital and shops in Harrow. A Premier Inn restaurant adjacent with normal menu and disabled access by lift. Will definitely stay again.
