Service was a bit lackadaisical and not pro-active, especially at arrival. I have an Accor Platinum card for which I had requested an upgrade during the booking process. No rooms were available, and that is fine, however, I had to ask: the information was not given to me directly. Also, I had to ask for the complimentary drink voucher.
