The building was purpose built for a hotel-b&b for the months of June, July and August. We only paid $100 with taxes included. The place was clean, the staff was helpful and the rooms were not soundproof but fair for the price.

Rhonda is very amicable. The room is basic, but clean and comfortable for a one night stay as there is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan. It's on the main road, therefore no view but still quiet. Continental breakfast is good with 5 types of cereals and 6 kinds of delicious homemade jam.

Warm in hospitality, absolutely charming little hotel with fresh fruit breakfast, toast, and wonderful jams prepared by the innkeeper's mom. Very personable, great sleep, clean clean clean. Beautiful hand knit newfoundland socks are available at five dollars a pair, and beautiful quilts near the front desk. Cannot wait to return!
