This B&B is in a wonderful position overlooking Scarborough Beach near to lots of places to eat. The staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was very attractive with a four poster bed although a little small for a visit of more than one night. We specifically stayed at the Beach Manor to enjoy the sunset over the Indian Ocean. We were not disappointed. The view from our room was 180 degrees. Breakfast was enjoyable and freshly made. It was like a home cooked breakfast.The cafes within easy walking distance were also enjoyable.

My partner and I were over from Victoria, we needed a night to ourselves and some relaxation. Wish I had more time to spend here and with someone special. Had a room with a view, opposite the beach, eating places within walking distance, nice and quiet - so much better than a hotel. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Lovely garden/pool undercover area to relax in. Had a car so access to anywhere in Perth was easy enough.

The Beach Manor was a real find. Right on Scarborough Beach, the view is spectacular. I arrived to a very nice lad waiting to help with my bag. My wife & I had a wonderful stay. Friendly staff with great breakfast. Great aspect and so close to the beach and 10mins from Hillarys. Just a short drive to Fremantle. Lovely time out in a lovely place.

Finding accommodation in Perth that didn't 'break the piggy bank' was harder than we'd imagined, thanks to Western Australia's mining boom that has seriously inflated prices. Accordingly we were pleasantly surprised when we stumbled across a reasonably priced bed and breakfast online that promised a beachfront holiday at the inner Perth suburb of Scarborough.
