The man who valet parked our car was very professional. The front desk staff was terrific. We were upgraded to a suite (without asking) for our Sunday night stay. Hotel Roanoke is where my husband and I had our wedding reception. It was wonderful there and was wonderful when we came back one year later to celebrate our anniversary. I cant say enough wonderful things about this hotel.
