John was extremely helpful in guiding me in from I-81. I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience as soon as I walked in and smelled the delightfully clean lobby. Stayed here for two days while conducting a training session in Roanoke. Room was large with comfy chair for relaxing after being on feet all day. Especially liked convenience of electrical outlets everywhere. Easy to plug in laptop and printer plus iPhone within easy reach of multiple locations without having to unplug something else. “REFRESHING SURPRISE”

Read the reviews and decided to stay at this hotel in Roanoke. They were right on the money. One of the cleaniest rooms I have stayed in. Other parts of hotel also well maintained. Staff very friendly. Cudos to Jason the manager for running a tight ship. Will definitely stay there again.

I like to give credit where credit is due. This property was well priced ($75) using a coupon. It was quiet because of its construction. The bed and chair was comfortable. The staff was pleasant. Have stayed there many times. GREAT staff, always friendly and giving prompt attention to the occasional issues that arise. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. It's like home, without the chores.
