Hotel staff seem to be courteous and it is clean. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. Note: Be careful of the snack machines on each floor. I purchased a snack (powdered donuts) and noticed that, while chewing the first one, there was a strange taste. Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. The renovations have the place surrounded by scaffolding. My window was not locked and was easily accessible by anyone on the scaffolding. In the middle of renovation and the place is tore up. Place looks terrible. My window faces the highway and is off kilter so you can hear highway noise all night. Good thing the a/c works. Also they have new large flat screen TVs, too bad they have bad cable connections so the picture is all snowy. More
