The service was fantastic, people in the hotel very welcoming and nice. The ac in the room wasn't working, was blowing hit air even when shut off. But fixed right away when I called it to their attention. I stay 2 nights, both nights I saw a cockroach. Wasn't happy about it

Location of hotel is great, right in the middle of everything tha Virginia Beach has to offer. Front Desk help was not very friendly or helpful, and the 'free' breakfast is not eatible. Rooms were clean but could use updating.
