I stayed there a couple times myself, and the staff were amazing; the room was clean and all. The food was also great; no complaints here. Location is the only redeeming feature. Facility is tired, faded and fortunately, sold. It could have been something special. But when the owners chose not to put any money into upgrades, it really showed.

I came to Williamsburg Hospitality House for a conference and I loved it. Just sad that they sold this beautiful place to the college. Wonderful experience and excellent food! The colonial feel is really overwhelming especially when the locals visit!

Here for a conference. The staff at this hotel was great. Every need was met. Every concern was addressed. There was personal attention & humor with every staff member. My daughter is an athlete at the college and we have stayed at the Hospitality House many times. This is not the average hotel in Williamsburg. Most hotels are chains.
