The entire hotel was spotless. Had three good nights of sleep in beds that were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and eager to help with anything. Cooks at breakfast made excellent omelets and the customer flow was well arranged so there were minimum waits. Same was true of the nightly manager's reception. Would certainly stay here again. More

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay with us. I am glad to see that Earnestine and Selena took good care of you at breakfast and that you were equally as pleased with our complimentary reception in the evening. I will share your comments with the team. We hope to serve you again soon! More

The staff at the Embassy Suites are extermely helpful for tourists and always point you in the right direction! I have not been disappointed in any suggestions they have made. The hotel is very nice and kept very clean. I love the breakfast buffet line (cooked-to-order) as well as the nightly managers reception. I would definitely recommend this hotel to... More

Our visit at this hotel encompassed 5 days and 4 nights. Overall the hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located to several attractions/shopping. A plus was the finger food and free drinks every evening in the lobby (managers reception). The rooms were nice and checkout was speedy. The only areas of concern would be the... More

Stayed here for a couple nights between Christmas and New Years on a family getaway. First a word of warning - get your room in advance. Williamsburg is packed in general over the holidays, and all the Hilton brands were pretty much sold out this week. As for the hotel, it was just okay. I travel extensively during the year,... More

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Williamsburg on 12/24/2011. It was my wife, myself and my daughter in a king suite. We stayed so we could see family early on Christmas morning without having to drive from Richmond at 5AM. Bedroom was very clean, as was the bathroom and living area. Towels were nice and thick and the shower... More

My wife daughter and I stayed here on our way to see family for the Christmas holiday. The suite was large enough for the three of us and could easily accommodate another child or two, four adults would be cramped. The bathroom is of average size with the tub, toilet and sink occupying the same area. There is a small... More

Four of us -- two adults, two tweens, stayed at the Williamsburg Embassy Suites for a one-night weekend stay in December 2011. As this hotel was higher rated (3 1/2 stars) on most websites, and given my past experiences at other Embassy Suites, my expectations were perhaps too high. The hotel is in a good location, kind of hidden on... More

We stayed at Embassy Suites in Willimasburg in November. This is a wonderful location to plan a vacation from, easy drive to all attractions. Colonial Parkway even in November still with quite colorful leaves. Good eats nearby. The room was a bit small by Embassy Suites standards but fit the bill for two adults and two children. Breakfast and manager's... More
