This hotel is always a wonderful experience. Staff is courteous and knowledgable. We stayed in the Custis House; the location of which is a little confusing if you park in the underground parking garage and take the wrong elevator to the first floor! But our room was great - so quiet and spacious. The breakfast buffet looked wonderful but I'm... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was within a short walking distance of Colonial Williamsburg and is right on the bus route for those who may not be able to walk. The pool was great, although it was across the street at the spa so be sure to pack some sandals! It's very important to have a nice place... More

It is worth it to be in the upgraded rooms which are very nice. The other lower price ones a bit plain/average. Has a parking garage. You can walk to Colonial Area, shopping and William and Mary. Service very good, but lobby printer didn't work when I was there.

This hotel is interesting because it's actually much nicer than the pictures on the website show. We were in the Nicklaus building, which is apparently identical to the Tyler building. Our room was spacious, great bathroom the closet handy to everything. It was very clean, and located just on the edge of the Historic Williamsburg. This isn't the swanky Williamsburg... More

Our room in Nicholas Hall was spacious, with perfect pillows in the comfy beds. Huge bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is a great value considering the free parking, free wireless, Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator, and the discount tickets to Colonial Williamsburg. They were only $31 for our whole stay, much cheaper than buying online. Perfect location for visiting... More

We stayed here last weekend, and while we are from the local area, you never get tired of such a special area. Stayed at the Williamsburg Lodge, and got a corner room in the Tyler building which is a newer building. Note, ask for an outside view, or you will be staring at your neighbors in the building across the... More

My husband and I stayed in one of the Historical houses just outside the Williamsburg Inn. The "Tavern" we stayed in accommodated Thomas Jefferson when he attended Law School at William and Mary Collage. If your into history, and either want to immerse yourself and or your children, this is the place to go. We ate breakfast each of the... More

Every year in December, my husband takes me to Williamsburg. For many years it was the Williamsburg Inn until we had a couple unfortunate years. We decided to go back to the Lodge (we were there one year in the fall with my parents). We unfortunately got the rooms that look like dorms. Adequate but not the charm of the... More

Stayed there overnight, didn't eat there. The rooms were good, nothing special, but nothing to complain about. Location is great. If you're a golfer, it's across the street from Golden Horseshoe Gold Course, which is an awesome course.

Well informed, helpful and cheerful staff. The carpet and furnishings were old and dated. The restaurant was big and breakfast was better than average. Easy walking to historic sites. We ordered wine from room service and it arrived in 5 minutes.
