Autumn Leaves was a very cozy place to call home! We came to CW for our 1st visit during the Christmas Season - on a 4 day 3 night stay. Mr jim made sure we didn't want for anything! We will definitely use this cozy bed and breakfast again! This was perfect for a couple with no children.

If you just want somewhere to rest your head while in the area and you're not fussy, this is the place for you. Ok, the place is a little tired, but that just adds to the charm. Ok, it's not a full breakfast, but what do you expect for the low price? What is provided is totally adequate. Great location,... More

This B&B was exactly what we were looking for for our quick little day and half trip to Williamsburg. Because the property is so close to the Historic Area (right across the street from William & Mary), we were able to park our car at the B&B and not move it until we left later in the afternoon the following... I found this quaint "Bread & Bagel" hide-a-way surfing the internet just before Christmas 2011 weekend. My husband, James, and I were looking for a nice Christmas weekend in Williamsburg, and we found one. Autumn Leaves is a little apartment tucked inside an old colonial home owned by a sweet gentleman, Jim. Jim made our experience even nicer than I... More

Although the location can't be beat, the accomodations have many issues. The first thing one notices when walking in, is the moldy smell and grungy appearance. It is "quaint" but not in a good way. If you have allergies this is not the place to stay. There was dust everywhere including in the floor duct work and in the airconditioning.... More

The small apartment includes a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The home was built in the 1860's, and is directly across the street from William and Mary. While the room is a little dated, it is very clean and gives off a welcoming homely feeling. The Best part of the whole experience was Jim the "innkeeper". He is very friendly. My... More

We had a great time at the Autumn Leaves bed and breakfast. Jim is very welcoming and provided us with a wealth of information about the area. It is only a short walk to colonial williamsburg so no need to be concerned with driving or finding parking. We plan on coming back soon and highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

This was a cozy little B&B with a wonderful and kind host. It was a no-fuss sort of place, but extremely relaxing and a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was the perfect location- walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg, the Transportation Center, Merchant Square, and there's a quiet bus line that drives... More

The only room at this guest house was very old, worn, and badly in need of an upgrade. There was peeling paint everywhere, rust all over the refrigerator and oven, a water-logged and dirty wooden floor in kitchen and bath, older stained carpet in bedroom, a worn-out bed with bleached stained sheets, and a general musty smell throughout. Although the... More
