The rooms were clean and the walls freshly painted. The furniture was a bit scratched. The staff was courteous though the gym closing at 9:00 was a pain. The breakfast was a bit sparse but overall it was adequate.

This was a last minute planning. For a weekend price compare to others...very inexpensive. Room was on the first floor and the front desk clerk said that our card will open up the building door...but when we got to the door it was open and no card needed. The hotel was old and needed updating. Our room was not clean. The bed linen was old and worn. It would not stay tucked into the mattress.

Hotel looked closed. Called HJ 800 number to confirm the hotel was open. No sheets on one of the beds. Room smelled. Pool drained. Breakfast barely adequate. The requested handicapped bathroom had galvonized pipe for hand rail. This might be the worst hotel I have stayed in and definitely a very poor value;.

The 1st room we were in had the refridgerator door standing ajar and iced over that it would not even close. Got another room. Nice and quite. We enjoyed the stay even though we were not in the room much. Staff was very thoughtful and helpful
