Check-in staff member was less than impressive. Had a problem which was not handled well by reception, and only made worse by Carlson's toll free customer service agent. Our family visited Winchester and stayed at this hotel from 11/20-11/24/11 to visit Shenandoah University and Winchester. The breakfast each day was really great!
