We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way to Est, and everything was more than perfect! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was big, clean and cheap, we booked with a discount but even the full price totally worths it. The breakfast was fresh and full of choices, great stay, absolutely raccomanded! :)

We stayed overnight at the Ramada in Wytheville, VA where we received excellent customer service from a friendly, professional young man named Dylan. We had a restful night, ate breakfast and was greeted by another friendly employee. Great place to stay!

I was very disappointed with the state of the room, the lack of cleanliness regarding the linens and the bathroom. I was charged a price by expedia which I learned was much higher than the actual price.

We used a coupon from the coupon books they give out at the tourist centre. The room was fine, except they had a problem with no hot water (they were working on it) and had a frig.
