Had a wonderful experience at Sun Lakes. New mini golf course, paddle boats, bicycle boats, row boats, store, restaurant, and a gift shop. Prices were reasonable. Cabin was clean. Staff was very friendly. Can't wait to go back next year!

Spent the weekend with our travel trailer at Sun Lake Park Resort. After reading some of the reviews of this park I had no idea what to expect (Russians? Give me a break). The RV facility is nice - shade, hookups, showers, picnic tables, trash bins everywhere, scenic location, etc. No complaints. Activities for all: beach, launch for boats, watercraft...

My family has been coming to Sun Lakes for 30+ years because it's such great place to be! We've recently started staying at the Sun Lakes Park Resort and love it. Cute, vintage cozy cabins along the lake. Great family vacation location with lots of water sports.
I mostly enjoyed this last visit to Sun Lakes resort. The RV sites need to be graded and re-grassed.Unless you have a newer auto-leveling RV- good luck! I didnt and never had enough blocks to get it right.
Staff is excellent and friendly. I hate giving a poor review- but they are not the reason.
Grocery Store is great- well...

I will never - NEVER return to Sun Lakes Resort. I have stayed at the resort a total of 5 times over the years: Twice with a group of friends tent camping with our families, once staying in a cabin as part of an extended family reunion, and once with a smaller group of family in RVs.
This trip we...

I have been here with my wife's family on their annual trip the past two years and now I spend the rest of my year counting down to the next Sun Lakes trip. There are no frills or gimmicks at Sun Lakes, just a great time. The cabins where we stay are nicely situated near the lake and have plenty...

We camped one night in our tent. We had a great time. When we got there we set up camp and went to play mini golf which was fun (course is a bit neglected but works). They have Water Wars also but did not play. Ask for a fire ring (free) if you want a fire for roasting the mellos....

I have stayed at Sun Lakes twice with members of my fly fishing club. The cabin we rent has an separate bed room. This means there are two rooms plus a small bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed. The great room has a double bed, a single bed, and a futon. The beds, except the futon, come with all...

This was a activity-oriented vacation spot. The accommodations were clean and adequate. Tons of things for families: swimming, boating, fishing, mini-golf, regular golf, a decent snack shack that had a great menu, a little grocery store and a gift shop. And you are only a couple of miles from Dry Falls State Park, which is fascinating. You can view the...
