I don't believe staff can be that horrible. At first we were excited to go there and spend sunny weekend by the lake, BUT when we came there we end up listening to rude general manager Sandy (as far as I remembered here name) yelling at us without any reason. I cannot even describe how rude and unprofessional she was.... More

I cannot believe people are aloud to charge this amount of money! The pictures online look great. And then you arrive... Stained carpets, dirty dishes, crumbs and food in the cabinets, cob webs everywhere, dirty blinds, dirty sheets, dirty tub, horrible water pressure. You name it, it's dirty. We stayed in the lake view villas ad some of the other... More

My family has been gathering here in early October for many years. Beautiful resort in Central Washington. Stayed in a newer beach front cabin which is a bit on the small side compared to some of the larger units. This resort has everything from tent and RV camping to very nice villas. Something for everyone!

Our family stayed in one of the Lakeview villas the third week of August and had a wonderful time. We made our reservations in January 2012 at the suggestion of some friends who had stayed there, and I was honestly pretty worried about what we would find based on the reviews after we made our reservations. Well, everything was great... More

Had a family reunion at this resort, our first and our last! Stayed at the villas, our eating area was a stones throw from the RV waste dump site! The courtyard table and chairs covered in dirt and bird poop. Missing items from the villas, coffee cups and floor mats (for sleeping) but that wasn't the problem, the front office... More

Our company recently had our retreat at the Sunbanks Lake Resort. We had lots of families with kids (almost 50 folks total) and stayed in a number of the Lakeview Villas, which were nicely decorated, had decks with views of the lake and had very comfortable beds. Everyone had a great time playing games at the playfield, mini-golf and, of... More

We spent four nights in one of Sunbanks' RV sites, during mid August (peak camping time). While the staff is friendly, and their campground is certainly handy to Banks Lake, a great location is really only half of it when you're spending a lot of time outdoors on the camp grounds. The fundamental problem is overcrowding due to Sunbanks tight... More

My husband and I had a lovely stay in one of the Lake Front Villas at Sunbanks over the 4th of July weekend. Check in was a breeze and our villa was spotless and comfortable. Our villa had two levels (providing great lake views), a full kitchen and large patio. We only had the luxury of spending one night here... More

This was a 3-night stay the end of July to spend some fun time with adult children and grandchildren, booked by one of our sons. After reading many negative reviews about this resort (long back-up of vehicles waiting to get checked in, unfriendly staff, lacking cleanliness, etc.) my wife and I had reservations about attending the event. Check in was... More
