Staff friendly,fresh coffee, cookies and continental breakfast nice touch.Train switching yard across road from hotel 24/7,so if you're a light sleeper take note.Housekeeping didn't make our beds or replace towel in bathroom. Only garbage can was in bathroom, and sink was slow to drain.I would rate hotel at 2 stars.Stayed two nights and won't stay here again.

This hotel is very clean with great location, close to naval ship yard and premier outlet mall. Anywhere you want to go around Everett , front desk staffs helped me so friendly Breakfast service was so convinient and excellent value. We will book again for future travel

Could not have asked for better location. Get the marina view room! Great restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to from SEATAC. Only a couple hours drive to the border. Vancouver was an amazing day trip. The service was easy going, not too formal. Laid back comfortable environment.

For those who need to be close to Everett, this is a great alternative to Smokey Point. There isn't much for amenities, but the proximity to the Naval Station is unbeatable. Nice rooms, service, and views.
