We have stayed at the Ferndale Super 8 many times over the years to visit our kids in Birch Bay. The hotel is located right next to both a Denny's and McDonald's, very convenient. Pool, free WIFI and complimentary breakfast are nice and appreciated.

For the money, it was OK. Only complaint would be the mattress and pillows being sub-par. Service, though, was friendly and quick - not the extra-mile kind of service, but certainly adequate.
